If your circumstances are straightforward, you just don’t need to pay that much. At Making Probate Easy our fee is $1100, regardless of the value of the estate. There are no hidden fees, even in the rare instance that the Court makes a request for some additional details, we will provide those, and our $1100 fee does not change. And we guarantee your application will be approved by the Court.
